A Sample Time Line of a Typical
“Mini Golf Birthday Party” Day
11:30 a.m. The Carnival Party arrives to set up your Mini Golf Party.
1:00 p.m. Guests arrive. They are invited to sign the “Trophy” for the birthday child, take a practice shot on our practice hole and have the option of getting their face painted.
1:20 p.m. The Carnival Party will lead the group in a short group game of “Who stole the Golf Ball” and then review Safety Rules with the group. The guests will be organized for a group picture for the host to take if desired. Players will be placed in small groups, handed out prize bags to make their prize bags with, and then they will receive their balls and a putter for their group.
1:30 p.m. Mini Golf is open. Players roam the course and play holes as they see fit in a shot gun start. As they complete each hole, they will be allowed to select one prize to put in their prize bag. As they complete the course on their first run, players are awarded a medal.
2:15 p.m. Guests may continue on with another round of mini golf or they may participate in Field Games. Activities such as golf ball relays, golf ball scavenger hunts and water balloon tosses will be played.
2:30 p.m. The Carnival Party will give a last call for players who wish to get in another round of mini golf. There will be a last call for Mini Golf.
2:45p.m. If there is enough time and interest, The Carnival Party will lead the group in Bingo.
3:00 p.m. The Carnival Party picks up their Mini Golf and heads home!
